Thi Nghe Support Center for Disabled Orphans.

The Thi Nghe Support Center for Disabled Orphans is a public non-business unit under the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs. The Center helps organize treatment and rehabilitation for disabled orphans. It also helps raise and educate orphans. Currently, the main facility has 250 children being cared for, including children with cerebral palsy, disabilities, and mental illness. We donated supplies.
